Job Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will need to be thorough, organized and be able to manage time effectively in a unique and ecofriendly manner. Support will be required via the various channels: email, telephone, remote and/ or onsite. Responsibilities include all aspects of IT support affiliated with break / fix issues, process improvement, service requests related to network, communications, desktops/ laptops, applications, and print support.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Enrolled in a College diploma or University degree in the field of Information Technology
Technical Knowledge of Windows 10, Apple macOS, iOS, and Android (Must have).
Technical and Functional knowledge of CompTIA A+ (Nice to have).
Knowledge of networking technologies and terminologies.
Functional knowledge of Google Workspace and/or office 365.
Strong verbal, interpersonal, written and communication skills.
Technical knowledge of printing devices (USB/Wi-Fi Printers, MFPs, Scanners).
Knowledge in Asset Management/Inventory.
