Job Duties & Responsibilities
The program development will require a project charter outlining the objectives of the programming, the vision and associated budgets. Working closely with the Supervisor, you will implement program plans, assist in the creation of a marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator and promote awareness to prospective participants and their parents/guardians.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in day camp setting is an asset.
Experience working in Program development & training.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Commitment to working in a socially inclusive environment responding with sensitivity and personal awareness to the diverse needs of members including visible and non-visible dimensions of diversity.
Must be available to work Sundays.
Be a team player that is energetic, enthusiastic, motivational & creative.
Be a problem solver.
Be great with children (ages 4-12).
