Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and escalate priority incidents or requests in a timely manner.

  • Responsible for handling issues through to resolution as well as follow-up communication with the end user.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for issues or requests logged.

  • Support mobile devices/tablets, including set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Overall end-user hardware and or software installations, additions, changes, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Provide end-user troubleshooting and support for software and hardware.

  • System/Application account creation/deletion/change/general maintenance.

  • Organize daily workload and efficiently manage requests and issues logged.

  • Liaise with other IT members on technical issues, responsible for related follow-up, and provide timely updates on assigned tasks.

  • Documenting standard operating procedures (SOP) and performing updates and system configuration changes.

  • Installing, supporting, and managing desktops as well as analyzing logs and identifying root cause issues with systems.

  • Support the rollout of new digital technologies.

  • Performs other duties or projects as assigned.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a College diploma or University degree in the field of Information Technology (Nice to have).

  • Technical Knowledge of Windows 10, Apple macOS, iOS, and Android (Nice to have).
  • Technical and Functional knowledge of CompTIA A+ (Nice to have).

  • Knowledge of networking technologies and terminologies.

  • Functional knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Office 365.

  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, written, and communication skills.

  • Technical knowledge of printing devices (USB/Wi-Fi Printers, MFPs, Scanners).

  • Knowledge in Inventory Management.
