Job Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and escalate priority incidents or requests in a timely manner.
- Responsible for handling issues through to resolution as well as follow-up communication with the end user.

Coordinate with external vendors for issues or requests logged.

Support mobile devices/tablets, including set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Overall end-user hardware and or software installations, additions, changes, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Provide end-user troubleshooting and support for software and hardware.

System/Application account creation/deletion/change/general maintenance.

Organize daily workload and efficiently manage requests and issues logged.

Liaise with other IT members on technical issues, responsible for related follow-up, and provide timely updates on assigned tasks.

Documenting standard operating procedures (SOP) and performing updates and system configuration changes.

Installing, supporting, and managing desktops as well as analyzing logs and identifying root cause issues with systems.

Support the rollout of new digital technologies.

Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
-
Enrolled in a College diploma or University degree in the field of Information Technology (Nice to have).
- Technical Knowledge of Windows 10, Apple macOS, iOS, and Android (Nice to have).

Technical and Functional knowledge of CompTIA A+ (Nice to have).

Knowledge of networking technologies and terminologies.

Functional knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Office 365.

Strong verbal, interpersonal, written, and communication skills.

Technical knowledge of printing devices (USB/Wi-Fi Printers, MFPs, Scanners).

Knowledge in Inventory Management.

Guidelines for Employment Eligibility
