Job Duties & Responsibilities

As the Early Childhood Supervisor, will be responsible for the design and execution of a series of children’s summer/fall programs and events. The programs and events will include virtual programming & weekly activities. Children ages 4-12 will be provided with various online events/activities to provide safe outlets for summer and fall activities. You will also help to modify the existing curriculum into a format that can be facilitated digitally. The programming will foster a holistic development cycle for children, including intellectual, emotional, social, character development, and creative activities. As the Early Childhood Supervisor, you will also collaborate with the A/V Technician to record and edit digital programming elements and the Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer to develop and create a promotional campaign and creative program elements that will encourage anticipation and participation.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in day camp setting is an asset. 

  • Experience working in Program development & training. 

  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Commitment to working in a socially inclusive environment responding with sensitivity and personal awareness to the diverse needs of members including visible and non-visible dimensions of diversity.

  • Must be available to work Sundays.

  • Be a team player that is energetic, enthusiastic, motivational & creative.

  • Be a problem solver.

  • Be great with children (ages 4-12).
