Marketing Coordinator
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager & Production Director in the execution of the organization’s marketing plans which highlight and promote the initiatives, programs, and services being offered by the organization to the community.

General Responsibilities

You will think of creative ideas and work in collaboration with the Graphic Designer and A/V Technicians to offer support to the Events, Family Ministries and Outreach Teams in the promotion of various programs and services.

You will be responsible for creating marketing campaigns that will be used in conjunction with your knowledge of social media campaigns and promotions that are strategic in the promotion of community, initiatives, services and events and increase our program offering visibility to increase participation.

You will be responsible for communicating your plans to the Marketing Coordinator, A/V Technician and Graphic Designer to ensure that the appropriate marketing and advertising plan is developed and executed to increase awareness and participation.

You will research and adopt the necessary tools in order to monitor website content and traffic with the sole benefit of creating awareness of the many programs offered to the community through the organization.

You will assist with the coordination and placement of advertising and promotions in both traditional and non-traditional advertising mediums.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords).
