Video Technician
As the Video Technician you will work closely with the Production Director on a wide range of online video & podcast content. You will also work with the Capture team to use video, audio & picture content for projects.

You’ll manipulate and edit film, trim footage segments and put together sequences of content

You’ll input music, dialogue, graphics, tags & effects creating rough and final cuts

You’ll consult stakeholders from the production to post-production process
-
You’ll continuously discover & implement new editing technologies & industry best practices to maximize efficiency & quality of content

You’ll coordinate content for advertising & promotions in both traditional; & non-traditional advertising mediums
General Responsibilities

Education in Film Studies/Cinematography (preferred)
-
Proven knowledge and experience working with film, video and or digital media for release to the internet
-
Proven knowledge and experience mixing live or recorded sound, or 1+ years experience

Knowledge and experience working with AV equipment (cameras, lighting, sound, sets etc.)

Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Time-management and organizational skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented and efficient

Ability and willingness to lead and train volunteers

Knowledge and experience working with ProPresenter (preferred but not required)
